Q. Does Omnibooking support any currency outside of USD
The currency display is simply placeholder, our price data doesn't process any payments so there is no issue using our service if you do not work with USD. There will be an options to change your currency display settings added over time.
Q. Can I double book events?
Double booking events is not currently possible - support for this will be added in Version 2.0 - Omnibooking Teams.
Q. Can I get a custom theme for my booking page?
Contact us if you are interested in getting a custom theme for your page.
Q. Do I keep access to my subscription if I cancel?
Certainly, you will have access to all paid features for that tier until the subscription period ends.
Q. Can I renew a cancelled subscription?
Yes, contact our support to restart a cancelled subscription.
Q. When will feature 'X, Y, Z' be added?
Checkout our roadmap. We will continue updating that page as our development continues.
Q. Can I embed my scheduling page on my website?
We currently do not have support for that. However you can link it to a button or wherever you see fit. We will also offer public API endpoints in the future.
Q. Can I change my booking url?
You can customize the end of your url with the Standard tier subscription. This will not remove the v1/ portion.
Q. Is my data safe with you?
We use end to end SSL encryption, along with salting and hashing your sensitive data in our database. We will not sell any of you or you clients data to 3rd parties.
Q. My page is getting spammed - what do I do?
We take measures to reduce the possibility of spam requests. However we have several extra methods to protect your page with CAPTCHA's and IP/Email Blacklists if problems persist.
